Modern
Manners For Children
Modern Manners for Children is an activity-oriented
approach to teaching etiquette to children ages 4 to
7. The program is designed to foster children’s
growth through effective, age appropriate, play-nourished,
self-esteem building exercises.
Early etiquette awareness offers many
advantages to preparing children for their teen and
adult years. Family involvement is encouraged through
take-home handouts that reinforce and develop positive
attitudes toward learning and applying good manners.
Catherine the Mannerly Cat is featured
throughout the program. |

automatic. A child who learns proper social skills early in
life will have the appropriate tools they need to last a lifetime,
no matter what situation may arise. These fun and informative
programs include role playing exercises, instructive materials,
and workbooks and or handouts for each student to use and
keep as a reference guide. Some of the topics featured include:
- Self Esteem and Confidence Building
- Meetings and Introductions

about making mistakes. Everyone has awkward moments –
dropping a fork on the floor and wondering whether to pick
it up or leave it there, or showing up for a party all dressed
up while everyone else is wearing jeans. Students learn to
feel comfortable and self-assured in social situations. These
fun and informative programs include role playing exercises,
slides, instructive materials, and a workbook/handouts for
each student to use and keep as a reference guide. An on-site
